Most of us will probably try our hand at writing an original song at some point in our musical learning
journey.
It could be something as simple as a snippet that flashed to your mind or some particular experiences in
life that you would like to express with music.
However, as soon as the impulse hits, the difficulty of composing the song shows its ugly head and leads
to negative self doubts.
Why am I writing this song?
Aren't there are already tons of great songs on this topic?
Who would care and what would make mine special?
